We will help qualified candidates obtain their CDL B License and train them for a rewarding career as a Ready-Mix Concrete Driver.
What You’ll Earn
Company-sponsored CDL B training program
Complete your CDL training through:

• • Online Theory Training (unpaid)
  • CDL B Permit Boot Camp (unpaid)
  • 1 Week of Paid Onsite Driver Training at $20.00/hour
• Total training timeline is approximately 3 weeks

Post CDL Training

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus upon successful completion of training and employment requirements
  • $1,000 at 90 days of full time employment
  • $1,500 at 180 days of full time employment
• $26.91/hour after obtaining your CDL B License and completing training
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Double Time on Weekends
• Premium pay opportunities for off-hour shifts
• Quarterly bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities

Job Requirements:
What You Need

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Safe driving record
• Stable work history
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Ability to perform physical job duties, including:
• • Walking, bending, and stooping
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds chest-high
  • Climbing in and out of the truck cab multiple times per day
  • Handling and cleaning concrete chutes
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
