CDL/Non CDL Box Truck Driver (2 year + Required)

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of route driving, loading and unloading procedures, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Document delivery details accurately, including mileage, delivery times, and any discrepancies.
• You will be expected to stay 3 weeks on the road and a week at your domicile.

Experience

• Previous experience in a driving role is preferred, particularly in route driving or warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with operating box trucks or vans is essential; experience with manual transmission is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills are required to interact positively with clients during deliveries.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and operating loading equipment.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
