该职位来源于猎聘 核心职责： Key Responsibilities: 1.参与海外CDMO业务项目初期的成本核算，技术沟通和项目范围界定。 Participate in early-stage cost estimation, technical communication, and project scope definition for overseas CDMO business projects. 2.作为中国技术团队与海外技术销售沟通的主要窗口，负责项目日常跟进，客户需求技术转化。 Serve as the primary liaison between the China-based technical team and overseas technical sales, responsible for day-to-day project follow-up and translating customer requirements into technical solutions. 3.项目全周期管理：制定项目计划，监控时间节点、成本预算与交付质量。 Full Project Lifecycle Management: Develop project plans and monitor timelines, cost budgets, and delivery quality. 4.跨部门资源协调：统筹内部的研发、生产、质量（QA/QC）与供应链等部门，解决项目执行中的技术与瓶颈问题，保证交付。 Cross-Departmental Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal R&D, production, quality (QA/QC), and supply chain departments to resolve technical issues and bottlenecks during project execution, ensuring on-time delivery. 5.流程制度设置及优化：对CDMO业务的流程和制度进行设置和优化，提高公司业务交付能力和质量。 Process & System Development: Establish and optimize processes and systems for the CDMO business to improve the company's delivery capability and quality. 6.风险管理：识别技术瓶颈与项目风险，制定应对预案并处理突发紧急事件。 Risk Management: Identify technical bottlenecks and project risks, develop contingency plans, and handle emergent issues. 7.海外市场支持：参与海外业务拓展，进行项目可行性评估与早期技术方案设计。 Overseas Market Support: Participate in overseas business development, conduct project feasibility assessments, and design early-stage technical solutions. 背景要求 Requirements 专业背景：材料，高分子，物理，化学，生物医学工程，工程机械，或生物科学等相关专业本科及以上学历 Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biological Sciences, or a related field. 行业经验：8+年以上研发和研发项目管理经验，有CDMO对接客户项目经验优先。 Industry Experience: 8+ years of experience in R&D and R&D project management; experience working directly with CDMO clients preferred. 语言能力：流利的英语听说读写能力，可以与海外技术销售或者客户进行会议。 Language Skills: Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), able to conduct meetings with overseas technical sales staff or clients. 专业能力：对Solidworks等研发制图工具可以熟练使用，精通设计开发验证流程，有CE/FDA项目参与和管理经验优先。 Technical Skills: Proficient in R&D design tools such as SolidWorks; strong knowledge of design and development verification (V&V) processes; experience with CE/FDA project participation and management preferred.
