JOB DESCRIPTION – CDP – BAKERY PRODUCTION

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production of **burgers, breads, cookies and biscuits** in the central production unit.
• Prepare products as per **standard recipes, quality standards and production plans**.
• Ensure consistency in **taste, texture, weight, size and appearance**.
• Handle mixing, dough preparation, baking, cooling and finishing processes.
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize production wastage.
• Follow **food safety, hygiene and GMP standards** at all times.
• Monitor raw materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to maintain product standards.
• Support new product trials and recipe standardization when required.
• Maintain production records and report any quality or process deviations.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: **Diploma / Hotel Management / Bakery & Confectionery** preferred.
• **3–6 years of relevant experience** in bakery production or a central kitchen.
• Hands-on experience in **bread, burger, cookies and biscuit production**.
• Good knowledge of bakery ingredients, mixing, baking and production processes.
• Experience in **bulk/centralized production** preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and GMP practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and achieve daily targets.
