CDP Chef -BAKERY

* Supervise daily bakery and confectionery production, including breads, buns, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and other baked products.

* Prepare and execute recipes while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.

* Manage dough preparation, baking, decorating, finishing, and product display

* Ensure timely production based on sales demand, customer requirements, and daily production plans

* Monitor ingredient availability, stock levels, storage conditions, and wastage.

* Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products using FIFO/FEFO procedures.

* Maintain hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and quality standards throughout the production area.

* Monitor product freshness, shelf life, labelling, pricing, and display standards.

* Train and supervise bakery staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor their performance.

* Coordinate with the purchase, inventory, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Monitor production costs, control wastage, and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients and equipment.

* Ensure bakery machinery and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.

* Handle customer-specific orders, special cakes, and product customization as required.

* Support new product development, seasonal promotions, and festive production planning.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable food safety regulations, including FSSAI requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
