Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes with skill, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring all meals meet quality standards.
• Support the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation, plating, and presentation of breakfast items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Follow recipes accurately and adapt to special dietary requirements or guest preferences when needed.
• Ensure all food is stored properly, rotated regularly, and handled safely to prevent contamination or spoilage.
• Assist in serving breakfast to guests efficiently and courteously, providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy morning periods.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards.
• Previous restaurant or culinary experience demonstrating proficiency in meal preparation.
