What they need
This is a fulltime to support our high season demand. Successful candidate will assist the Exec Chef & Sous Chef, and where necessary, oversee a section of the Kitchen ensuring food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out to our established recipes.
Candidates must have experience as both grill and cold section chef. Prior experience with a la carte and buffet cooking is essential. The kitchen is streamlined and all systems in place to allow easy onboarding to the role.
