CDP (Chef De Partie)

Giselle Canggu Bali is looking for a CDP (Chef de Partie)

Giselle Canggu Bali is seeking an experienced CDP (Chef de Partie) to join our kitchen team. Candidates must have solid experience in food preparation, station management, and must be able to communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to standards and recipes
• Manage and oversee a designated section in the kitchen
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene following kitchen standards
• Coordinate with Head Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen team
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as CDP (F&B industry required)
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and during peak hours
• Good teamwork and professional attitude
• Willing to work shifts and weekends
