• Fine dining or hatted restaurant experience preferred but not essential.
• Latin American cuisine experience preferred but we will train suitable candidates.

About the role:

These service focussed, hands on operational roles are perfect for experienced Chefs and CDP looking to take the next step in their career. People who want to better utilise their culinary skills and further develop managerial capabilities.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, and supported by our executive and venue operations teams, you will be responsible for managing our kitchen operations, with a focus on developing the team, staff training, achieving targeted food and wage costs while maintaining a high standard of food quality, hygiene & presentation.

Ensuring the guest has the best possible experience every time, your role will be pivotal in the continued development of the Renascence Group story.

You will be required to work a flexible and rotating roster across a 6-day week of operation, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You will have demonstrated experience in a similar work environment preferably in a busy and elevated dining restaurant environment.

You will offer quality and consistency throughout every service with a quality, productivity and consistency focus.

Led by an experienced kitchen team, Morena’s menu focuses on the vibrant flavours from across Latin America. Our beverage program showcases wines from around the world with a strong focus on Spanish and South American varietals supported by signature cocktails and a bar menu.
