About the role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our pre-opening kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assigned hot kitchen section, ensuring excellent food quality, consistency, presentation, and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned hot kitchen section according to Verde's standards
• Prepare and execute dishes consistently according to recipes and specifications
• Maintain proper mise and place, portioning, and stock rotation
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the section
• Support training and development of junior kitchen team members
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar position
• Experience in Italian, Western, or Mediterranean cuisine is preferred
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, mise and place, and food preparation
• High standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and portion control
• Able to lead and support Comis and junior kitchen team members
• Team-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
