About the role

We are seeking the best candidates to join our team as a Cook / Chef de Partie (CDP) in Nusa Penida, Bali. The role involves food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic food preparation and cooking techniques
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Work efficiently and follow kitchen standard operating procedures
• Work both as part of a team and independently
• Contribute creative ideas in the culinary field

About you

• Experience as a Cook / CDP in a hotel, villa, restaurant, or hospitality setting
• Proficiency in basic food preparation and cooking techniques
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety
• Ability to work quickly and follow kitchen SOP
• Disciplined, responsible, with a positive attitude
• Creative with passion in the culinary field
• Willing to be placed in Nusa Penida
