Tattva Resorts is looking for an experienced and passionate CDP – Continental to join our kitchen team in Joshimath. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present Continental dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, food quality, and presentation.
• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, sanitation, and safe storage practices.
• Monitor ingredient stock, reduce food wastage, and follow portion control procedures.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely food service.
• Follow company SOPs and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Continental cuisine.
• Previous experience as a CDP is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Continental cooking techniques, sauces, and plating.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 per month.
