Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present continental dishes according to recipes and company standards.
• Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure timely food preparation.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Ensure proper mise en place before service.
• Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients and ensure proper storage.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Sous Chef or Head Chef about replenishment requirements.
• Minimise food wastage through proper portion control and ingredient utilisation.
• Guide and supervise Commis Chefs and other kitchen team members in the assigned section.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and workstations are clean and maintained properly.
• Follow standard recipes, kitchen SOPs, and food safety procedures.

Qualification

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
• Relevant experience in continental cuisine and kitchen operations is required.
• Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
