CDP-Data Engineer

As a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer , you will play a key role in building and optimizing customer data ecosystems that power personalization, analytics, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/data pipelines for customer data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
• Drive customer data unification and identity resolution to create accurate 360° customer profiles.
• Develop and enhance customer segmentation models to enable targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences.
• Architect and optimize real-time and batch data processing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Manage and optimize data platforms using technologies such as Presto, Hive, Digdag, Embulk, and SQL .
• Continuously improve platform efficiency through automation, performance tuning, and adoption of modern data engineering practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science , Engineering, Data Science, or (master's degree ).
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on customer data platforms (CDP Treasure Data), data integration, and ELT/ETL processes.
• Expertise in data unification, identity resolution, and customer profile management.
• Treasure Data CDP certification preferred
• Familiarity with marketing tech stack & Experience with Treasure Data or similar CDP platforms good to have
• Proficiency in tools and technologies like Python, Presto, Hive, SQL, Digdag, Embulk, and Data Warehousing (DW).
• Strong understanding of data flow management, data pipelines, and data storage systems, with experience in both real-time and batch processing.
