CDP / DCDP Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CDP / DCDP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in the culinary industry, with expertise in kitchen operations and management.

Roles and Responsibility

• Adhere to the menu and duty roster for the department.
• Plan menus and control food costs for optimal profitability.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory and cost control.
• Ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, cuisine, and food costing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management and cost control procedures.
