Responsible for preparation and evaluation of cost estimates and submittals for biddings.
Key responsibilities
- Review plans and documents rendered
- Outsource price from subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare materials and quantity take off
- Consolidate quantities
- Evaluate sub-contractors and supplier's proposal
- Prepare submittals for the bid
- Attend pre-bid conference and site inspection
- Comply with safety policy and standard procedure
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
About you
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Extensive knowledge in Quantity Survey, cost estimates, bid preparation and dealing with subcontractors
