As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of client needs and expectations. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions

• Conduct system testing and validation to maintain functionality

• Provide training and support to end-users for impactful system use

• Maintain documentation of system configurations and updates

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM applications

• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Support project management efforts to maintain successful implementation

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2 years of experience

• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE

• Proven experience in technical architecture and strategy development

• Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
