CE/ ISO Auditor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Head to lead our Quality Assurance function and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and CE requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quality management, internal auditing, and CE

compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance function.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QA processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with CE requirements and applicable standards/regulations.
• Conduct and manage internal audits, identify non-conformities, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare the organization for external/customer/regulatory audits.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain and review quality documentation, records, and audit reports.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Ensure that quality systems are effectively implemented and maintained across the organization.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Head / Quality Manager / Senior Quality professional.
• CE Internal Lead Auditor experience is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in CE compliance, internal audits, and quality management systems.
• Experience in handling audits independently and closing audit findings.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, documentation, CAPA, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Relevant certification in CE / Internal Lead Auditor / Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a QA/QC team.
