Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced QA/QC Head (CE V) to lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations for our ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous quality improvement, managing laboratory operations, and providing technical leadership to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all QA/QC activities across one or multiple batching plants.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, ASTM/ACI standards, and company quality policies.
• Review and approve concrete mix designs and quality procedures.
• Monitor production quality trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Manage laboratory testing, equipment calibration, and quality documentation.
  Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits.
• Prepare quality performance reports and present findings to senior management.
• Provide technical support to operations, sales, and project teams regarding concrete performance and quality requirements.
• Lead training and competency development programs for QA/QC personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:

• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the ready-mixed concrete, precast concrete, cement, or construction materials industry.
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing QA/QC personnel and laboratory operations.
• Proven experience in establishing and implementing QA/QC systems, laboratory management, and concrete mix design optimization.
