Overview Of The Position An Operation Cell Lead is a leader within an organization, typically within a specific operational or project team, who oversees the execution and management of various tasks and projects related to the team's goals

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with multiple functions within the in-charge cell to establish strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Any other activities to be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree holder in any field.
• Able to speak/witer/listen/read in English, Malay & Mandarin.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning, people management, and leadership skills.
• Computer skills such as SAP/Agile/is more preferred.
