Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for Proper Preventive Maintenance for Cell Line Production Area.
- Spearhead improvements in Preventive Maintenance activity for equipment in all clusters for MSPVL Cell lines.
- Ensuring equipment up-time and fitness.
- Making MIS /reports about the machine availability time and issues.
- Closely work on the issues and resolve those quickly to avoid production loss.
- Improving OEE, TPM Activities,
- Active participation in Indigenisation of spare parts.
- Ensuring of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme,OEE,TPM,SMED Systems on Production Floor.
- Drive systematic root cause analysis in MSPVL Cell maintenance team, across all clusters
