Duties

• Diagnose hardware and software issues on various mobile devices, including Android and iOS platforms
• Repair or replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuitry using hand tools and schematics
• Troubleshoot operating systems (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows) to resolve software conflicts or malfunctions
• Conduct analysis of device problems through detailed inspection and testing procedures
• Assist customers with retail sales by explaining repair options and recommending device upgrades or accessories
• Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of device failures
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting steps taken to ensure quality control

Qualifications

• Proven experience repairing mobile devices with knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
• Familiarity with computer hardware components and software troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read schematics and use hand tools effectively for delicate repairs
• Strong analysis skills to identify issues quickly and accurately
• Experience working with retail sales environments is a plus
• Knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems enhances troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers
