Cell Phone Technician

Beck iPhone Repair is a locally owned cell phone repair shop in Sacramento dedicated to providing fast, high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for an experienced, dependable technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a new business.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer devices and recommend repair solutions.
• Perform repairs on iPhones, Samsung phones, iPads, and other mobile devices.
• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components.
• Test all devices before returning them to customers.
• Provide professional customer service and explain repair options clearly.
• Keep the repair bench and work area clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory management and notify management when parts are running low.
• Recommend accessories such as screen protectors and phone cases when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on cell phone repair experience is required.
• Ability to complete iPhone screen and battery replacements independently.
• Samsung repair experience is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, honest, and professional.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple repairs.

Schedule

• Part-time to start.
• Opportunity for full-time as the business grows.
• Weekend availability is a plus.

Pay$17.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Important: Only apply if you have hands-on experience repairing smartphones. Qualified applicants will be asked to demonstrate a basic iPhone screen replacement during the interview to verify repair experience.
