Job Overview:
We are looking for a Mobile Device & Computer Repair Technician who is eager to learn and grow in the technology repair industry. No previous experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know from the ground up. All we ask for is a willingness to learn, a passion for problem-solving, and the motivation to succeed.

Along with repairs, this role involves customer service and sales responsibilities, so we need someone who is personable, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about helping others. Speaking Spanish is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and computers (training provided)
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and explaining repairs
• Handle sales transactions, promoting relevant products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals

Qualifications:

• No previous technical experience required – full training provided!
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales-driven with a focus on excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
