Cell Process Lead

Location *Bucharest

Department Production* Role Permanent Cell Process Lead About The Role We are looking for a Cell Process Lead to support the continuous improvement of our production processes. You will identify and eliminate equipment losses, develop standards and coordinate technical problem-solving activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems for collecting and analyzing process data
• Identify, prioritize and eliminate production losses
• Optimize equipment settings with line teams
• Improve process control and capability
• Define and implement equipment standards
• Coordinate change management and technical troubleshooting activities
• Participate in planned shutdowns and optimize product changeovers
• Train employees when processes or equipment change
• Update procedures and work instructions
• Spend more than 80% of your working time in the production area
• Follow all health, safety and contamination-prevention requirements
• Lead and develop the competencies of mechanics and technicians

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field
• Experience in process technology, engineering or Total Productive Maintenance
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and basic technical principles
• Intermediate English
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with SCADA systems is considered an advantage
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Analytical thinking and effective communication
• Good presentation, planning and prioritization skills
• Making data-driven decisions
• Effective collaboration across functions
• Managing priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
