What they need
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cellar Door Host to join our team at Te Kano Estate. If you have a passion for wine, love working with people and want to work in a premium hospitality environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note this role has an October start
Our ideal candidate would have:
·A Duty Manager’s Certificate or the ability to obtain one
Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing service role
Confidence with cash handling and Point of Sale systems
Wine knowledge and a passion for the industry
A sunny, motivated personality with a positive can-do attitude
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
The right to work in New Zealand
The physical ability to carry out moderate to heavy lifting as part of daily operation and be on your feet during the day
Flexibility and willingness to work weekend and availability on public holidays, note we do not open evenings.
