This is an exciting, hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you'll be hosting wine tastings and sharing our story with visitors, and the next you'll be helping deliver exceptional experiences at our prestigious show jumping events. As the face of Takapoto Estate, you'll create warm, welcoming interactions that leave a lasting impression on every guest.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hosting engaging wine tastings and delivering exceptional customer service
• Assisting guests with wine purchases and promoting our wine club
• Supporting cellar door operations and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Managing bar operations during events, including beverage service and stock control
• Assisting with the setup and delivery of special events throughout the year
• Upholding high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sustainability across the estate

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an energetic, people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating unforgettable guest experiences.

You'll bring:

• A current Duty Manager's Certificate (essential)
• Hospitality, wine, or customer service experience
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
• The flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
