Join the Nockies Palette team as a full-time or part-time Cellar Door Host, based at the beautiful Stoneridge Estate at Lake Hayes, Queenstown.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure opening/start of day procedure is followed prior to customer arrival

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout the customer visit

• Process accurate sales and payments

• Host tastings for individuals or tour groups as required

• Maintain ongoing knowledge of wine and other products

• Ensure end of day procedure is followed after customers have left

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is outgoing and motivated, with experience working in a Cellar Door or at least one year of hospitality experience in a restaurant or bar.
• Is an enthusiastic and passionate team player, happy to work both weekdays and weekends.
• Holds a valid Duty Manager License (advantageous).
• Is an NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident (preferred). If you hold a working holiday visa, it must be valid for more than 6 months.
• Is currently located in Queenstown or Cromwell—applicants outside these areas will not be considered.
