Key Responsibilities

• Sell iPhones, cellular contracts, upgrades, and accessories.
• Assist customers in selecting the best mobile and data packages.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry through to activation.
• Demonstrate Apple products and explain their features and benefits.
• Process sales, upgrades, and contract applications accurately.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Stay up to date with the latest Apple products, promotions, and network offerings.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and professional store presentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in cellular, mobile phone, or retail sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Apple products and technology.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends when required.
• Matric (Grade 12).
