Duties

• Promote products confidently by explaining benefits, technical specifications, and usage tips to customers
• Handle sales objections with professionalism, turning inquiries into opportunities for customer satisfaction
• Collect customer data for follow-up marketing campaigns and loyalty programs while maintaining privacy standards
• Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized advice and ongoing support
• Manage social media platforms to share product updates, promotions, and brand messaging to enhance store visibility
• Organize in-store events and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and boost sales performance
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product launches, and retail store product knowledge to provide expert guidance

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or retail sales is highly valued for its customer service foundation
• Strong data collection skills to track customer preferences and sales trends effectively
• Experience managing social media accounts or executing event marketing campaigns is a plus
• Bilingual abilities enhance communication with diverse customer bases
• Proven ability in public speaking or presenting products confidently in front of groups or at promotional events
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and clear client interaction
• Familiarity with retail store environments, including product knowledge of electronics or mobile devices
