Cellular Sales Associate

Prime Horizon Solutions is an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, and we’re looking for a Cellular Sales Associate who is ready to build a career in sales, customer service, and leadership.

The Cellular Sales Associate is a full-time, in-person sales position where you’ll work directly with customers and represent AT&T products and services. Your day-to-day will involve starting conversations, learning what customers need, presenting solutions, and helping them make confident decisions.

What You’ll Do as a Cellular Sales Associate:

• Engage with customers through direct, in-person interactions
• Learn and apply proven sales techniques to achieve individual and team goals
• Start conversations and ask questions to understand customer needs
• Present AT&T wireless, telecommunications, and related solutions
• Cellular Sales Associates guide customers through their options and confidently answer questions
• Build relationships that create a positive and memorable customer experience
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships
• Cellular Sales Associates stay informed on AT&T products, services, promotions, and new technology
• Work with your team to improve sales strategies and overall performance
• Participate in coaching sessions focused on sales, communication, and leadership

Who We’re Looking For in a Cellular Sales Associate:

• Interested in building a career in sales
• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
• Comfortable working in person and interacting directly with customers
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience is a plus
• Goal-oriented and motivated by personal and professional growth
• Coachable and willing to take feedback
• Available to work full-time
• Has reliable transportation for this in-person position
• Authorized to work in the United States
