CEM Planner

• Reports directly to the CEM Head for Corporate Engineering Maintenance.
• He/she is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure high equipment reliability, minimal production downtime, cost control, and safe execution of work.
• The role bridges Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain by converting maintenance needs into clear, executable work plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance planning or a related role.
• Ability to develop preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective job plans, weekly schedules, and shutdown plans aligned with production requirements.
• Skill in identifying required spare parts, managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), forecasting needs, and controlling maintenance costs effectively.
• Capability to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks based on safety, asset criticality, and production impact.
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently coordinate maintenance schedules.
• In-depth understanding of equipment, maintenance strategies, and safety standards.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work.
• Willing to be assigned to Plaridel, Bulacan.
