CemSpace.com is an online marketplace connecting cemetery plot buyers and sellers. We are looking to connect with an experienced, entrepreneurial Cemetery Plot Broker interested in both purchasing cemetery plots for resale and helping owners sell cemetery property.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has experience in cemetery plot transactions, understands the resale market, and is interested in building a business around buying and selling burial plots. This opportunity is suited to an existing cemetery broker, an experienced cemetery sales professional, or someone with relevant industry connections.

Responsibilities

● Identify and purchase cemetery plots and burial spaces from owners seeking to sell.

● Resell acquired cemetery plots to interested buyers for a profit.

● Help cemetery plot owners market and sell their properties.

● Identify potential buyers and sellers and develop ongoing business relationships.

● Research cemetery locations, plot values, resale demand, and transfer requirements.

● Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and cemetery offices to facilitate transactions.

● Utilize CemSpace.com to connect with potential customers and expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

● Experience in cemetery plot sales, brokerage, resales, or related transactions preferred.

● Knowledge of cemetery property transfers and resale procedures.

● Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

● Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in developing a cemetery property business.

● Ability to work independently and identify profitable opportunities.

● Willingness to comply with applicable state licensing requirements and cemetery transfer rules.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
