• Experience: 1–5 Years
• Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (1 rotational week off, not on weekends)
• Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Role OverviewThe Customer Advisor acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers visiting the centre, ensuring a seamless, guided, and supportive experience from entry to exit.Key Responsibilities1

• Manage the end-to-end customer experience at the centre.1
• Welcome and guide customers throughout their visit and provide personalized assistance.1
• Support customers with registration, documentation, and form filling.1
• Coordinate with clinical and internal teams for timely execution of tests and procedures.1
• Answer customer queries regarding services, processes, and next steps.1
• Handle customer concerns and escalations promptly while maintaining high service standards.1
• Conduct post-visit follow-ups.1

Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Patient Care, Customer Success, or similar service-oriented roles.1
• Science background preferred (exceptional freshers with Biotech, Biology, Life Sciences, or allied medical degrees may also be considered).1
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.1
• Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory.1

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
