Center Assistant/ Manager(ess)**

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Center Assistant/Manager(ess) to join our team at ED-VISIONS EDUCATION LTD' in Cheung Sha Wan, Sham Shui Po District. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and management of our early childhood education and care center.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Center Manager in overseeing the smooth running of the facility
• Coordinating and supervising the activities and care of the children enrolled in the center
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the children, staff and center operations
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for the children
• Communicating effectively with parents, staff and other stakeholders
• Supporting the implementation of the center's educational program and curriculum
• Participating in staff training and professional development activities

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents and staff
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for creating a nurturing and enriching environment for young children
