About Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center
Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center is a center-based ABA therapy program serving preschool-aged children ages 2–5 with autism in Mercer County, NJ.
Our program combines the individualized, evidence-based approach of ABA with a warm, engaging Montessori-inspired environment. Children receive individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy while participating in a structured setting designed to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Founded in 2020 as an in-home ABA provider, Strategic Therapy expanded into our dedicated center in 2023. We are a women-owned and operated organization led by two licensed behavior analysts with more than 20 years of combined clinical experience.
Our center is intentionally designed to provide:
- Small, supportive learning environments
- Individualized treatment based on each child's unique needs
- Collaboration between BCBAs, ABA therapists, and other professionals
- A positive, child-centered approach
- A supportive environment where both children and staff can grow
What You'll Do
As an ABA Therapist/RBT, you will work directly with preschool-aged children with autism while receiving ongoing support and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for clients
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and other members of the clinical team
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Communicate professionally and effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow all clinical and organizational policies
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
