What they need
Very active Woodstock, CT center (60-70 children daily) serving Infants to Preschool w/Before/Afterschool and Summer Camp Programs seeking an energetic and caring center leader/director.
-OEC Certified director w/experience preferred; local a plus
-Strong family/staffing communication skills
-Team oriented hiring, training and scheduling of 40+ staff w/other supervisors
-Coordinating effective classrooms w/teachers incl. student scheduling
-OEC/BCIS Parent APP familiarity
-Salary commensurate with experience/skill level
-Reports to Owner/Manager
