4-10 Years in Hospital Operations / Healthcare Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations in assigned center.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and operational excellence.
• Monitor branch performance, quality standards, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor Front Office, Counselors, and Operations teams.
• Drive surgery conversion, patient satisfaction, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate medical camps, outreach activities, and marketing programs.
• Ensure implementation of SOPs, quality standards, patient safety, and operational protocols.
• Analyze branch KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate
• 4-10 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare center management, or cluster operations.
• Proven experience in managing branch is preferred.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
