Center Head

POSITION: Center Head – healthcare academy Barmer, Rajasthan

Location: Barmer, Rajasthan

1. CORE ROLE:

P&L Owner of the center. Responsible for Admissions, Revenue, Academic delivery, and Center profitability.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRA):

A. Admissions & Revenue

• Achieve monthly admission targets

• Convert walk-ins, leads from tele calling & seminars

• Plan local marketing - Schools, colleges, seminars, stalls

• Track conversion - Lead to walk-in, walk-in to admission

B. Center Operations

• Manage entire center - Counselors, Faculty, and Admin staff

• Ensure smooth batches, classroom, faculty scheduling

• Handle student grievances & parent queries

• Daily reporting to HO - Admissions, collections, expenses

C. Team Management

• Hire, train, and motivate counselors & admin

• Daily morning huddle - Target vs Achieved

• Role-play for closing, sales training

D. Academic Quality

• Ensure faculty quality, student attendance, test conduct

• Result monitoring - Mock analysis, student performance

• Coordinate with HO academic team

3. KPI / TARGETS:

• Monthly Revenue Target

• Walk-in Conversion

• Center Profitability

• Student Retention

4. REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1-2 Years’ experience in Education Sales / Center Head / Branch Manager

• Strong in Counseling, Closing, Local Marketing

• Team handling

• Good communication - Hindi + English

5. SALARY:

Rs. 20k – 40k + Incentive

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
