Center Manager (Operations l Flexible Working Hours)

Our client is a health center that provides healthcare products and machines with 10+years of business experience. They are currently hiring an Operation Manager to cope with a rapid expansion in the globe such as Germany and Korea,

Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily operations of the health center to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Manages administrative, clinical, and support teams to maintain smooth coordination across departments.
• Develops and implements operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Monitors budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to achieve cost-effective operations.
• Leads process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Coordinates facility maintenance, supplies management, and procurement activities.
• Prepares operational reports and performance metrics for senior management review.
• Oversees scheduling, staffing, and training to maintain adequate workforce capacity.
• Addresses operational issues and implements corrective actions promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations management, or a related field
• 3+ years operations management experience, preferably operational roles in healthcare industry
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to improve operational workflows
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
