🚀 We’re Hiring: Center Manager – Sparks Math

This role is perfect for someone with strong sales expertise, excellent people management skills, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve great results.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operational activities at the Center
• Achieve sales targets and drive Center growth
• Manage the team, evaluate performance, provide coaching, and build a positive workplace culture
• Prepare accurate reports on Center performance, finances, class activities, and marketing initiatives
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with members

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the same industry is a strong plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Sales and persuasion expertise
• Proficiency in CRM systems and office software
• Willingness to support marketing events on weekends
