Center Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and maintain high service standards.
• Manage patient flow, appointments, counselling, and coordination.
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and service recovery effectively.
• Support revenue generation and achieve center business targets.
• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, clinical, and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Support marketing, patient outreach, and referral activities.
• Monitor team performance and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare/clinic operations; IVF/Fertility experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good team management and coordination abilities.
• Patient-centric approach with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
