CenterWell Pharmacy Solution Manager

For our client, we are seeking a CenterWell Pharmacy Solution Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role will focus on shaping solution concepts that address business needs and support strategic priorities across the organization. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, align delivery efforts, and ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and measurable. It is well suited for someone who can translate complex business challenges into clear roadmaps and drive execution in a matrixed environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,300 – $173,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and develop scalable solution concepts.
• Create solution roadmaps that align with organizational strategy.
• Evaluate market trends and customer needs to inform solution design.
• Document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to define scope and success criteria for solutions.
• Serve as the main liaison between teams involved in solution delivery.
• Establish KPIs and monitor post-implementation performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution management, product management, or related fields.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrix structure.
• Strong skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently.
