What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, Factory Act requirements and statutory regulations.
- Ensure State wise Pollution Control Board compliance as per Factory Act.
- Ensure Core Contractual Compliance Deliverables.
- Lead customer, social compliance, environmental and third-party audits.
- Drive implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other certifications.
- Monitor audit findings and ensure timely closure through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, recycling, resource efficiency and zero-landfill practices.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments, develop SOPs and maintain audit trackers and compliance dashboards.
- Partner with Plant Heads and cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance standards across manufacturing locations.
Preferred candidate profile
One who is handling overall factory compliances of multiple manufacturing plants.
