About the Role

Naj N Belle Sdn Bhd is looking for enthusiastic and motivated F&B Intern to join our culinary team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates pursuing Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment.

As a Kitchen Intern, you will work alongside experienced chefs and kitchen staff, learning food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, food safety standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Welcome customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Assist with taking customer orders and processing payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee station, seating area, and equipment.
• Assist with restocking ingredients, cups, packaging, and other café supplies.
• Learn and maintain proper food and beverage presentation standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Assist the team with opening and closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth daily café operations.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally under supervision.
• Participate actively in training and develop knowledge and skills related to café operations.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
