Central Kitchen Operation Manager

About the role

The Central Kitchen Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the central kitchen, including production, warehouse management, and logistics coordination, ensuring consistent product quality, efficient output, and timely delivery to all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production based on outlet orders and forecasts
• Ensure all products meet brand standards and specifications
• Develop, document, and maintain standardised recipes (SOPs) for all central kitchen products
• Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for each product, including ingredients, yields, and portion specifications
• Ensure full compliance with FSMS, HACCP, and SFA regulations
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and stock control
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules to all outlets and manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Monitor food cost, labour cost, and operational expenses
• Lead and supervise production, warehouse, and logistics coordination teams
• Identify and implement improvements in production flow, warehouse processes, and logistics coordination

About you

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in central kitchen / food production operations
• Experience in recipe standardisation, BOM creation, and cost control
• Experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination (3PL preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP / FSMS / SFA)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
