About the role

Prepare dough, toppings, and portion ingredients. Operate mixers, dough sheeters and ovens. Prepare a variety of pizza and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards. Follow recipes and hygiene standards and maintain cleanliness for the preparation areas. Package pizzas and other food items accurately and securely for store. Participate in team meetings and training to continuously improve kitchen operations.

About you

• Minimum Diploma in Culinary or Pastry & Bakery or equivalent and 1 year experience in pizza/F&B preferred
• Basic food handling knowledge (experience in kitchen is a plus, training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Physically fit, able to stand for long hours, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Passion for produce and delivering quality products to end users
