Central Kitchen Staff

A. What You Will Be Doing :

• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings , portion ingredients
• Operate mixers, dough sheeters and ovens
• Prepare variety of pizza and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Follow recipes and hygiene standards and maintain cleanliness for the preparation areas
• Package pizzas and other food items accurately and securely for store.
• Participate in team meetings and training to continuously improve kitchen operations

B. What Are We Looking For :

• Minimum Diploma in Culinary or Pastry & Bakery or equivalent and 1 year experiences in pizza/F&B preferred.
• Basic food handling knowledge (experience in kitchen is a plus, training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Physically fit, able to stand for long hours, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Passion for produce and delivering quality products to end users

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
