Purpose - Why does this role exist?

CMP is a key function in Sales & Marketing, to ensure Correct planning through System, Orders servicing and associated activities, in close coordination with the Manufacturing units, Accounts/Finance and CAMs.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

• Supporting in generating Month and weekly business plans.
• Root cause analysis of unmet demand
• Improvement projects for cost and system benefits
• Stakeholder alignment for continuous adoption and improvement.

Critical Tasks

• KRA’s and Key Activities
• Application of theory of constraints
• Root cause analysis

Educational Background and Work Experience

• First class B.E Degree (Production / Mechanical /Metallurgical/ Industrial Engineering),
• 3-5 years of work experience

Competencies

• Desired experience in Steel products/processes (flats/longs/Coated products), SAP knowledge.
• Required Proficient Competency in MS-Office(Excel and Power BI MUST) and learner in copilot.

• Maturity for interaction with senior management team at Plant/Sales.
