Central Operations Manager

About the role

The Central Operations Manager ensures smooth daily operations, improves operational efficiency, and supports brand initiatives across multiple markets. The role focuses on process execution, project implementation, team development, and a better customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing processes
• Oversee goods receiving workflows (EPOD-GIT-GR) and ensure compliance with operational standards
• Optimize store-to-store (STS) processes to improve inventory movement
• Streamline and monitor Nilpick processes for e-commerce to speed up backend issue resolution
• Manage defect handling for minor issues (bazaar/outlet) and major issues (RTV, Return to Vendor)
• Oversee implementation of customer service standards across stores in line with brand guidelines
• Monitor Voice of Customer (VoC) insights using tools such as InMoment
• Activate the Store Support Centre to strengthen communication between stores and headquarters
• Conduct compliance audits and operational spot checks to ensure adherence to brand and operational standards
• Support the execution of operational training programs, including soft skills and capability building

About you

• 7 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Experience managing multi-store operations and cross-functional coordination
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
